Today we took on Cindy!

What a GREAT time! 

I love the structured chaos!  We had 5 groups of 2....and boy did they get some CINDY!

How many Rds in 20 mins

Wednesday was too CRAZY...highway shut down. NO class! BUT Thursday........

My 3 fantastic ladies came out to go crazy with "helen"
Stacey, Mel and Juanita did amazing!
This was definitely a challenge for them all but through the "rolling eyes" and "explitories" (did i spell that right? SHIT)
Each of them challenged themselves by uppiong their  KB swing weight DRAMATICALLY
and no jumping Pullups...with a little help from ME they all did HANGING Pullups!!!

Putting on gloves really slowed their pace but they ALL did amazing!  Great job!

Tuesday...fun day!

We had a great turn out today!  Bobbi came back for another great workout!  Tim and Tammy finally got to workout in the new space and our newest addict...Deborah showed her STUFF! 


You all did a fantastic job!  I had this for 2 rounds and many went for 3 which was wonderful!  Dan set the pace and the others followed suit!

Monday...it is dusty but we are in the new space...sorta

Half the floor mats are down.  The pullup is up but not secured yet.  The ropes are in but not hung and the boxes are on their way!
We fought thru the dust and got a damn good workout in!
